First Game
I was wondering if anyone knows who wore #77 on the 2001 team. I recently purchase the game worn jersey from that year but can't find who wore. Anyways exciting weekend for me, I'm going to my first Irish game in South Bend. I'm really excited. I hope they pull one off this Saturday. I know its a down year but it will get better.
Play calling.
I was unable to get the broadcast, but when a friend (Air Force guy licking his chops this week) informed me that the Irish could not convert from the 2-yard line in overtime, I knew what play had been called. And I was right. I've never played football, except in the sand, but I can predict the stupid play that Charlie comes up with in those situations. Navy could predict it too, so why weren't we smart enough to play off that expectation?
